Oceanscape

Oceanscape is a mixed-use development on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi consisting of two 35-storey twin towers. The developer of the project is DAMAC Properties.

Oceanscape features not only 1-3 bedroom flats, but also townhouses and commercial spaces. All townhouses have a private pool, outdoor garden, several bathrooms and dressing rooms, as well as a large balcony overlooking the canal.

The complex is located on an exotic island, surrounded by lush mangroves on one side and an extensive waterfront on the other.
