Maimoon Gardens

The Maimoon Gardens residential complex under construction is a new large-scale project from the well-known construction company Fakhruddin Properties. The residential complex will consist of two 50-storey buildings united in the podium area. The buildings will be built in Dubai’s quiet, family-run Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) community. Residential apartments, various internal infrastructure facilities, as well as office and retail pavilions will be located on the territory of the residential complex. Residents of the new Maimoon Gardens in Dubai will have access to the following amenities: large outdoor pool and lagoon on an open podium; places for recreation near the water; gardens with cozy gazebos for outdoor recreation; volleyball and basketball courts; fitness studios; play areas for children; places for meditation and yoga; covered car parking.
